The Man Podcast takes an entertaining, yet bold and enlightening look at men, while it aims to align the thoughts of a man to one that enables him to be successful in being his best self, for himself and everyone around him.

Rich Barber aka Richbz is a father of three and a husband of 20 years. He owns multiple business and brands and is known as The Creative Genius and is self prescribed “pre-thinker”.
Rich spent a lot of his childhood traveling as his father was in the military. Every school year it seemed he was the new student and as the new student he spent a lot of time looking at the other students and wondering why they behaved and interacted with others in the manner they did.
This led Rich to develop this innate ability to look at the world and see ways a difference can be made before and after a challenge has arisen. This shines true when it comes to people and their behavioral patterns.
In business, Rich, has helped many clients get through the blocks that have kept them from getting to the bag based on his experience in the production world with the creation of three TV shows and helping numerous start-ups achieve success and obtaining funding.
Rich recently released an e-book entitled ” Life is a Production – Developing a Mindset of Understanding”, which can be purchased now, that by using various stories from his life helps others to see how the little scenes in your life can build on itself to create the bigger production that makes others say wow how did HE do that.
In creating this podcast, Rich endeavors to help men, men who may not have had a father figure, or men who’s father didn’t spend time teaching them, and even reinforce the teachings of men who had a father that taught them all they knew but as a son, didn’t get the message the way the father intended.
One of the biggest desires Rich has through this podcast is to also help women to understand what The Man is but also to get a glimpse into the mindset and thought process of a man from the men who will be on the podcast instead of looking at it from only one side as there are little true resources that will let them in as deep as THE MAN PODCAST is going.
