Black Men Don’t Cheat

Oh so you wanna be the man do ya?

Well I’m RichBz and welcome to Honesty 101!

Listen – you wanna be the man, so come on with these games.

What games you ask?

Playing with women’s hearts.  

RichBz said it and will say this Grow UP!!!

Black men, White men, Brown Men, Yellow Men, and Blue Black Men – all men have the ability to cheat and a lot have.  I am not going to go as far as to say all men have cheated because that would be too hard of a generalization.  

But how do you think it is so many stories of heart ache and pain coming from the woman’s perspective about this topic?

Let’s be real – It’s not one man of each color running around and hittin and quitten all these women and making it bad for everyone.

And I will say this – Men who may have cheated in the past may not be cheating now.  Maybe they have grown up and become the man and have put away childish behaviors.

But being grown up doesn’t mean in age because there are some 50 plus year old boys out there taring the streets up. Putting it down on anything walking.  

Now this is not the behavior of the man.  The man doesn’t do something just because it feels good today.

Remember we are thinking men.  We look at a situation and take in all information about that subject and come to a conclusion and that is where we stand.

The man will look at the whole picture. So let’s do that now.

What are the pro’s and cons of cheating.

Here are some pro’s:

Feels Good for about 7-10 mins

You can tell your boys you hit that 

Sneaking around can be exciting

the get back for something your woman did to you

I think that about wraps it up for pro’s

Now what about the cons:

Catch a disease

you can’t tell anyone you hit that duh – you’re married

you can get caught by your girl

you can get caught by her man

she could get pregnant

she could lie and say you raped her

your woman could be setting you up

if you didn’t tell the woman you are cheating with you had someone you could get your car key’d

tires flattened

clothes set on fire

or various other vendictive things that women come up with when you have not been honest with them

I’m pretty sure you could think of some other cons that I didn’t mention.  

So again to be honest, now with yourself – because that is what the man does, the very first person they are honest with is themself. 

Is it – or better yet for you who have cheated – was it worth it?

I’m pretty sure that even if you don’t cheat anymore you are probably still reaping a harvest from that which happened years ago.

So for my young men out there just don’t go that route.  

It may look tempting and your “boys” may tease you about not having as much sex as them. But the man should always be striving for peace.

Peace in themselves

Peace in relationships

and 

Peace in their environment

Not to mention if they are joking you then you know they are not striving to be the MAN – and the man hangs out with other men of character because the man cannot hang out with boys.

It just doesn’t feel right.

Now we get to the real nitty gritty.

How do you handle when a woman is coming on to you – but – you are taken.

Now hold on – don’t give me that I’m not married Richbz I just have a girlfriend crap. Oh Ok – Mister I just have a girlfriend.  Let’s talk about that.

If you and your girlfriend are on a date or even just driving down the street.  You notice another girl looking at you.  I said looking at you.  Come on we are being honest here – you know the look.  It’s not like you see on the movies – they sitting across the bar licking a cherry and tying the stem with their tongue.  Or deep throating a banana.  

She looks at you with the slight double take. You can see – even from a far – her eyes open wide – and her pupils dilate but when she notice you looking she slightly looks away but quickly looks back to see if she can catch you looking.

Remember now you are with your girlfriend and all this is happening really fast. Nano-seconds. 

You keep looking don’t you? 

Yeah you hunk of a man candy you.  

You keep looking and motion to her to come closer and talk to you. And you say hey girl – here is my number – matter of fact let’s blow this popsicle stand. 

NO YOU DON’T – You sucker MC – as soon as you catch her looking at you – you immediately look at your girlfriend then you start looking at the roof of your car or the ceiling in the restaurant and you probably start beat boxing or humming.  You may even say to your girlfriend – look at that girl shoes – do you like those?  Do you want me to get you some like that.

Be honest – we are the man – and we are honest.  So when you notice a girl coming on to you 

– STOP – 

Got-cha

As THE MAN majority of time you will not even notice a girl coming on to you because that is not your focus.  It’s like Star Trek – You are on a peaceful mission of exploration – to boldly go where no man has gone before – and it’s not in that women’s pants!

It’s to go deep into self and connect with the God inside you which raises your thoughts to a plain that is much higher than the physical.  

This will enable to you connect with the woman equivalent thought process.

The Man never lowers his thought vibration – just because a woman appears pleasing on the eyes.  The man feels the vibration of the woman and should know from the first interaction that is the woman designed for him.

You are the man and the man because of spending time with himself and the connection of the God within him knows – without doubt – what he wants and what aligns with his higher purpose. 

Also, the man is not about them games.  The man will wait for the one that aligns with him and in the mean time build up himself, his family, his business, and his community until he finds the one that is supposed to walk beside him.

So do men cheat? The answer to this question is NO! Do boys cheat?  I will let you answer that question. 

Just remember, 

I don’t know about anywhere else – but around here – I will think like the Man – I will talk like the Man – and I will walk like the Man – because I AM THE MAN.

I’m Rich Bz and welcome to your first day in MANHOOD 101

Today we ask the question

Are there REAL MEN anymore 

I guess that begs the question has REAL MEN ever existed.  And the question what is a real man 

Because it seems as if there are a lot of different requirements when it comes to what a real man is.

So we – YES – YOU and I – are going to attempt to clear this up.  But we are going to do it like THE Men we are.

Let’s ask the question and get feedback.  Then we will take that feedback and come to our own conclusion.

Understand that the conclusion will hone in on the root – yes The Man gets to the root.

So let’s get it!

What are the man quote unquote qualifications?

Loyal

Good Listener

Thoughtful

Romantic

Strong

Direct

Faithful

Integrity

Honest

Mature

Self-Confident

Penis

Change A Tire

Produce Sperm

Responsible

Grow a Mustache

Job

Kill Bugs

Manners

Protector

Respectful

Just so you know, the qualifications I just stated came from both men and women, old and young.

So let’s go through some of these and see what sticks.

Let’s talk about Loyalty

I believe this is paramount in becoming The Man.  

Loyalty must be present in the Man.  Once you choose a side – 

and I say choose a side because a man doesn’t get forced on a side and this is not blind loyalty. 

The man chooses where he stands and where he stands, he stands flatfooted with chest up, chin down, and looking toward the direction in which he desires to go.

But as for loyalty – the type of things the Man is loyal to should be things like their spouse, family, real friends, and whatever helps to build up their community.  

With all that being said, you must remember to be loyal to God and if you remember from the last episode when I speak of God that is God in YOU!  You must be loyal to that alignment FIRST above all else.  

As the saying goes to thine own self be true.

Next on the list, Good Listener – how can you be THE MAN and not listen.  Even if you don’t agree with the statements being made it gives you a chance to understand someones position, thought process, and intent. 

If you let someone talk their word will condemn or edify the GOD in them.  So it is up to the Man to listen and take mental notes to know whether there is a need or if there is something that needs addressing.  

It seems being a good listener leads to the next requirement thoughtfulness.

To be thoughtful you will have to be in touch with your feelings.  

Some may say that men don’t have feelings, yet others would say feelings are a feminine trait. Remember we are dealing with root not generalities.  

When you are in alignment with and speak to the God in you it is through your feelings.  The words that you speak are reinforced with your feelings.

As an example, have you had a conversation with someone you were angry with but you didn’t actually get mad, because you realized it wasn’t anger that you were feeling but disappointment that they did what they did and you expected more from them, like to have your back or to stand up for you when you couldn’t be there to handle it yourself?

Well that is feelings.  Now if the person you were disappointed with thought that you were angry with them and when you finally spoke you said really calmly – Man I’m really disappointed in you.

How did they respond?  Did they cry? Did the anger in them change over to a look of sadness or match your feeling of disappointment?

Feelings behind what you do makes you thoughtful.  Thoughtfulness is not all in the mind.  Thoughtfulness begins with a thought or feeling for a person and combining the knowing of what they like or what they consider desirable and using that information to create a feeling in them. Usually a feeling of happiness, excitement, love, joy, and or peace.

Let me pause here and say Oh So You WANNA BE THE MAN DO YA

Oh you thought it was easy – oh you thought it was just getting ripped or getting all the chicks or getting to the bag.  

Well being THE MAN takes work, it takes effort, it takes tapping into yourself in a way an average male won’t.

Let’s skip down to DIRECT.

I think this stands out because lesser men will do a lot of talking behind backs or being attitudinal, not asking the hard questions or making the hard decisions.

But NOT YOU! You are THE MAN! You are DIRECT – Facing challenges straight up. No tucking tails here.  

Say it – I AM THE MAN

Great we are getting somewhere.

Now that’s settled – we are going to combine a couple of things on the list.

Changing a tire

Kill Bugs

Protector

Responsible

All men are not designed the same, this we understand.  But we also know that being the man will make us have to do things that we may not want to do.  

Remember you’re the man, right?

Ok, so this means learn how to change a tire.  You don’t wanna be stranded with your girl,

 excuse me, I mean your woman because the man doesn’t date or marry girls the man desires and builds a relationship with grown women but we will get to that later right now we are focused on you, the man

Now you don’t wanna be stranded with a flat tire and your woman is looking at you looking at this flat tire and you don’t know what to do. And just know that a grown woman who encounters a lesser man will become THE MAN herself and fix the tire by doing what you should have done which is open their phone and watch a quick youtube video and learn on the fly or look for the book in the glove box of the car and then do it herself. 

Now who’s the man?

This same thing goes for everything on this combined section. So take the initiative and go learn these things.  Because the man when encountering a weakness or a rudimentary skill they don’t possess will either figure it out or find someone to teach him.  

You are not the man just because you can over power things or yell really loudly.  You are the man because you also know how and when to ask for assistance.  

As an aside:  The Man works in the realm of preventative maintenance.  This is not just for cars, homes, or bugs but for life, health and wealth. Let’s remember relationships also. 

This where being responsible comes in.  

The man must be responsible in everything that has to do with him.  Responsibility doesn’t mean there has to be fault associated with it.  Responsibility speaks of ownership, governing, watching, preventing, caring for, securing, and if fault is to be assign for the Man not reaching a goal or deadline then taking the fault even if it is a result of another member of the team the man oversees.

Responsibility means taking care of your kids, from birth till your death.  Not always monetarily, unless they are a child or unable to take care of themselves when the need arrises in their life but also emotionally, building their character, teaching them life lessons so they are better equipped to face the world that as The Man knows is coming to greet them ever so quickly.

So back to our question:

Are there Real Men anymore – the answer I can deduce from the feedback and input we have been able to attain – YES.  If the majority of people have said the things on the list are the requirements to being a real man then again YES, REAL MEN DO EXIST.

But be warned: The man is and will always be the man.  Once you have stepped up to be the man – there is no going back. 

If you do, then were you the man to begin with or were you just an imitation?

Repeat after me:

In the next episode we are getting into relationships, yes relationships, with the topic “BLACK MEN DON’T CHEAT”.  But because we are The Man – we are gonna be honest.  

I want to thank each and every person who gave input on the the requirements of what they thought a real man’s qualities were.  Shout out to all the women who are standing up in the absence of real men but know this podcast was created to fill that gap and build up those who don’t know, wasn’t taught, or was scared because the examples they did have were lessor men. Trust me when I say The Man is coming to give you peace that surpasses all understanding.

Oh so you want to be the Man do ya

Well I’m Rich Bz 

and I want to welcome you to the first, yes the maiden voyage of THE MAN POSCAST 

Though out this podcast we will be going deep into the mindset of a man, different aspects of a man to include actions, reactions, hemotions, and the things that your father should of told you about being a man.

We are going to do this with the intent to help those who didn’t grow up with a Father or Father figure in their life.  If you did grow up with a father present then this podcast should reinforce the lessons you were taught and build upon some of those principles.

And today we are starting at the very point that all things originate. 

What does a Man think about? And how can a man control their thoughts.

Let’s first discuss what the average man is already thinking about.

Sex, big butts, breasts, Did I say Sex, oh yeah Money, Food, Cars, Toys like Cars, Trucks, Power tools, Technology, Strip clubs, their career .. 

Ok Ok – I know I may be getting pretty one minded but that is generally how a man thinks.

There are other things sprinkled in but all in all we are a very simple people.  Not much complication to us.

At least that is what I thought.  Or is it?

But to be The Man you must get a full perspective about any situation which means you have to get the real truth by asking questions and get input from those that you are making an assessment about.

So i took a trip down to my local WalMart and asked random men what is the most prominent thing that you think about regularly.  Here is that they said:

[ What is the most prominent thing that you think about regularly]

This goes to show that guys have a simple thought process.

But here is the thing.  If those are the things that guys think about and it seems pretty similar across the board 

but the real question then is what should The Man really be thinking about?

God and the inner self… equally , Family, Business, Community to sum it up.  But why?

Why should THE MAN think these things over the things that man is actually thinking?

We will break the GFBC to what each area represents throughout this podcast because all things start with thinking.

When you realize God and self are one and the unified man can accomplish success in everything else the man puts his hands to will open up the world to be created in any way the Man desires.

That is both positive and negative.  Because every man has a polarity.  Why RichBz?

Man is an electrical being and as a man you know electricity has a positive side and a negative side.  Let’s take notice of a car battery.

A car battery has a negative terminal which is represented by a black negative sign and a positive terminal which is represented by a red plus sign.

The color red represents or should make you infer that it is hot and visa verse for the black of the negative terminal.

Why is this important.  

A car has a metal frame and is always connected to the negative side of the car battery. The metal as we know is a conductor of electricity and when you connect a car accessory like the radio, the headlights, and any other item in a vehicle that requires electricity the negative cable on that device is always connected to the frame of the car.  This is called grounding or it is said to grounded.

The positive or hot side of the battery can and will make a spark when it comes into contact with the frame or any other grounded item in the vehicle.  This is the reason that individual wires from the battery to all electrical items in the car is ran throughout the vehicle.

I hope you are still with me.  If you are you should already start to get where I’m going with this if you truly are the Man.

We are going to go a little deeper because understanding this is where POWER comes from however there is a twist to this.  

Ok here we go.

The car battery stores electrons in the negative side of the battery that is already connected to all the electrical items in the car. Which means every electrical item already has the potential to be ignited or turned on even when they are off or in a negative state.

But to make them illuminate or actually come on it has to be connected to that positive HOT cable which will spark or make the circuit complete. Know that each electrical item in a vehicle has a direct – it’s own wire that touches the battery because each item may have different energy requirements.  

Interesting…. uhm

(Ok let me say this – for you real car enthusiasts – I know there is one big cable that goes to the fuse panel and every wire is connected to that fuse panel through it’s own fuse which connects as a group to the battery. Let’s call that World Consciousness but I’m not going to go all in that now)

Ok where was I  –

So let’s bring this back to THE MAN.

The man is inherently full of potential energy being created and stored when we eat, drink and even breathe. It is used throughout the body by a process we know to be electromagnetism. One of the four fundamental forces of the universe.  

However we are going to come at this from a connection to God aspect like the car and the battery that resides in it. 

You “The Man” are the car and you are already formed and connected to this world through a negative connection – not necessarily bad but full of potential.  But what makes you go – what creates that electric connection – what gives you that power to create your environment in whatever way you see fit – is when you connect to the positive side of the God that is already in you just waiting to produce that spark to illuminate your WORLD.

How do you make that connection or that direct wire?

Find out who you are by telling yourself who you want to be.  

Statements like I AM THE MAN, I AM Great, I AM Rich, I AM the greatest this, and I AM the best that which creates a connection for release of that potential energy.

It’s those types of statements that connect the God inside to who want yourself to be.

Who you are, where you are, and what you are experiencing today is only showing the things you thought you were before and that doesn’t have to continue.

Remember when I said that each item in the car may have it’s own energy requirements well so do you and the man next to you and the man over there.

Each requires different energy levels to create and different energy levels to maintain the environment they have created.  

However, in all instances you are going to have to maintain the positive connection to get what you want to experience to circulate.

It’s all about alignment, circulation beginning with thought. 

So create your world – you thought yourself into your existence, you are a creator The Man creates – that is what The Man does.  

We are taught that men are good with their hands and that you have to build it however I say to you that it begins with your thoughts, form it in your mind by connecting to the God within using affirmation, meditation, prayer and my suggestion is in that order starting with thought of what you want to see in the world.  Then you affirm that by saying I AM or I see myself doing or with then meditate on that you affirmed – meaning keep those positive thoughts in your mind – 30 seconds is a good start – then pray to the God in you thanks for receipt of it then you go believing that those things have been done now, put into place now, and changed now.

On next week we will be asking the question – Are there REAL Men anymore.
